Auctus Recruitment is partnering with a growing professional-services firm in central London to appoint a Finance Manager. Reporting to the CFO, you will take ownership of the month-end close process, produce management accounts, and act as a key business partner to department heads. You will also line-manage a team of two finance assistants and drive continuous improvement of financial controls and reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong interpersonal skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.
