Our client, a multi-site retail group undergoing significant growth, is seeking an HR Business Partner to support circa 400 employees across the Midlands region. You will advise managers on employee relations, lead talent-acquisition and succession-planning initiatives, and act as a key project lead for an upcoming HRIS implementation. Strong employment-law knowledge and experience partnering senior commercial stakeholders are essential. CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience is preferred.
