Based across two sites in Greater Manchester, you will have board-level responsibility for supply chain, production planning, logistics, and quality. You will champion a culture of continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma), develop the operational leadership team, and deliver measurable efficiency and cost-reduction targets. The right candidate will have a proven track record of multi-site operations leadership within manufacturing or FMCG.
